The Theater in der Josefstadt brings out "Heldenplatz" by Thomas Bernhard.
When this piece was first performed in 1988, it was a big scandal in Austria as some phrases were seen as attack to all Austrian citizen. When director Herbert Föttinger brings it out as of the 9th of September in the Theater in der Josefstadt, he does "not expect a scandal", as he says. "We MUST play this piece".
