Michael Schottenberg has created a version of Ferenc Molnar´s "Liliom" playing today. The premiere is on the 5th of March.
Molnar´s carousel-keeper has become a doorman, still the story is about a man who can only express his feelings through brutality. The title-role "Liliom" is played in Michael Schottenberg´s version by Robert Palfrader. The director has tried to create "my own current Liliom".
