The respected festival Reichenau (in Lower Austria) presents 130 theatre-performances in six weeks: from the 3rd of July to the 7th of August.
On the programme are Dürrenmatt´s "The Visit of the Old Lady" with Milva, "Strudlhofstiege" - an adaptation of the famous turn-of-the-century-novel by Heimito von Doderer which will take place on three stages, Thomas Bernhard´s "The Force of Habit", "The Children of the Sun" by Maxim Gorki and Schnitzler´s novel "Bet at Dawn" as another adaptation.
