Michael Köhlmeier and Monika Helfer present their new books in the Vienna Schauspielhaus on the 16th of September.
The beginning and the end of love-affairs are the topics of the new novels "Madalyn" and "Bevor ich schlafen gehe" by the writing couple, they will present their books in a conversation with author and psychiatrist Paulus Hochgatterer. "Madalyn" by Köhlmeier is the story of a young girl being in love for the first time, Helfer´s book tells the story of Josi, a middle-aged woman who was abandoned by her husband because he confessed that he was gay. Both books are adapted very much in their style to the innerlife of their protagonists.
