The “Where to Go?” exhibition and the book of the same name explore the reality and myth of Traiskirchen, a town near Vienna, which has become synonymous with the refugee camp housed in its huge former barracks from the 19th century. Pictures and interviews with locals and migrants shine a light on the diversity of this town and the chances and challenges awaiting non-EU citizens in a historically multiethnic environment.
