It’s not only a good idea to set up an archive for eminent contemporary artists, having it designed by an acclaimed architect can turn it into a special place of study, research, exchange, and presentation. Architect Adolf Krischanitz has created just that at the Campus of Danube University Krems. Archiv der Zeitgenossen has now acquired manuscripts and various other documents from Composer Friedrich Cerha and playwright Peter Turrini.
